Bahan bahan
- Kalian perlu Bahan.
- Kalian perlu 500 gr daging sapi cincang (has dalam).
- Kalian perlu 300 gr daging ayam paha + kulit, cincang.
- Kalian perlu 200 gr udang kupas, cincang kasar.
- Siapkan 5 daun pre, cincang halus.
- Siapkan Kulit dimsum / kulit pangsit.
- Kalian perlu Bumbu.
- Siapkan 5 bawang putih.
- Siapkan 4 sdm minyak wijen.
- Siapkan 3 sdm minyak ikan.
- Siapkan 7 sdm tapioka sagu (tani).
- Kalian perlu 1 sdm garam.
- Siapkan 1 sdm gula.
- Siapkan 1/2 sdm merica bubuk.
- Kalian perlu 1 telur.
- Kalian perlu Hiasan.
- Siapkan Wortel.
- Kalian perlu Cabe merah besa iris serong buang biji.
Siu mai or Siomai are steamed dumplings but with an open top. They're just so delicious that every time I go to Chinese restaurants or take out, expect me to order this as an appetizer. - Saat adonan dimsum suda masuk tunggu 10 menit lalu oles2. Lalu di oles oles lagi 5 menit. Lalu masak lagi 30 menit lalu SIRAM sdkt air dimsumnya. Lalu kukus lagi 5 menit. Agar hasil dimsum lembut kulitnya. Sesaat sebelum disajikan diguyur air agar dimsum tidak kering..
