- Kalian perlu 200 gr jamur kancing.
- Kalian perlu 2 sdm parsley cincang.

- Buat saos dagingnya, iris tipis jamur kancing, rajang halus bawang bombay lalu panaskan sedikit minyak goreng dalam wajan.
- Tumis bawang bombay sampai harum, masukkan jamur kancing aduk rata masak sampai jamur matang.
- Lalu masukkan daging giling aduk masak sampai daging berubah warna dan matang, masukkan bolognese sauce aduk rata lalu masukkan sup tomat biarkan masak dengan api kecil supaya saus meresap.
- Setelah saos meresap dan kuah kental, angkat, lalu sajikan saos daging dengan spaghetti mienya, taburi saos daging dengan parsley cincang.
- Cara menyajikan: tempatkan mie dan baby spinach leaf dalam mangkuk, beri saos daging lalu taburi keju parmesan parut, aduk, spaghetti bolognese siap disantap!,....
