- Proofing adonan sampai mengembang doble size selama 1 jam.
- Potong adonan menjadi 9 sekitar 60 gr lalu bulat2 kemudian diamkan lg selama 20 mnt sampai doble size.
- Panggang dgn suhu 180 c selama 15 mn.
- Setelah matang dinginkan di colling rack setelah dingin siapkan bahan C.
- Campur semua bahan C kemudian masukan ke dlm piping bag.
- Campur bahan garlic.
- Siapkan roti potong menjadi 6 bagian kemudian lumuri dgn bahan garlic dan bahan cream cheese.
- Panggang kembali dgn suhu 170 selama 20 mnt..... siap disajikan 😉.
