It looks so good that I knew I had to recreate it the I decided to make the bread from scratch instead of getting off shelves so it could look as authentic as how the Koreans are selling.

- Kalian perlu Bahan roti:.
- Siapkan 270 gr cakra.

- Kalian perlu 50 gr whipping cream cair.
- Siapkan 30 gr Gula halus.
- Kalian perlu Bahan celupan garlic:.
- Kalian perlu 60 gr Bawang putih cincang.
- Siapkan 120 gr Butter.
- Siapkan Parsley (saya pakai kering).
- Siapkan Oregano.
- Kalian perlu 1 butir telur.
- Siapkan secukupnya Garam.
- Siapkan 1 sdm madu.
- Kalian perlu 20 gr Susu kental manis/mayo.

- Buat adonan roti: campur semua bahan kecuali butter dan garam, ulen sampai setengah kalis. Setelah stengah kalis masukan butter dan garam, ulen sampai kalis elastis lalu check apa sudah kalis window pane. Bulatkan adonan lalu tutup dengan plastik wrap, proofing 1 jam..
- Setelah -+1jam, kempiskan adonan lalu bulatkan adonan @95gr (saya bikin besar)lalu taruh di wadah aluminium/di lotang yg sudah diberi kertas roti. Tunggu proofing 1x lagi setelah mengembang oles dengan susu cair..
- Masukan oven panggang selama 20menit (saya 180c) lalu potong jadi 6, jangan sampai putus.
- Bikin cream cheese: campur semua bahan jadi 1, aduk rata lalu masukan ke pipping bag.potong ujungnya saat mau digunakan..
- Lalu buat bahan celupan: lelehkan butter, masukan parsley, oregano, garam, susu kental manis, mayonaise dan bawang putih cincang dan telur. Aduk jadi 1 (memang encer yah). Celup roti ke dalam bahan celupan (agak dibuka ya belahannya tapi jgn sampe lepas).
- Isi cream cheese menggunakan pipping bag, oleskan ke sela2 potongan roti. Tabur dengan parsley lalu tabur parmesan cheese (optional) dan panggang lagi selama 15menit..
- Keluarkan dari oven, dimakan hangat lebih enakk 😆.
